Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Unforgettable Ladies Boutique. 

Regular-priced merchandise may be returned for exchange or in store credit within 14 days of purchase/delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from scents or damage and have all original tags attached. 

Sale items, clearance items, jewelry accessories and special order items are final sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non refundable. 

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

NO CASH or Credit-card refunds will be issued.
